4. By registering and using this service, non-paid users registered as entrepreneurs agree to allow us to pass on their registration details to
other users (registering as investors qualifying for self-certification guidelines) that have clicked on the contact entrepreneur link.

We realise that exceptional circumstances can take place; therefore, we DO honour entrepreneur requests on the basis that all Investor contacts purchased by the Entrepreneur were deemed uncontactable during the entrepreneur’s proposal validity period by email, telephone or by post.

We realise that exceptional circumstances can take place; therefore, we DO honour investor requests on the basis that all Entrepreneur contacts purchased by the Investor were deemed uncontactable during the entrepreneur’s proposal validity period by email, telephone or by post.

 

www.venturegiant.co.in, www.venturegiant.in and Venture Giant E-Commerce India Pvt. Ltd. is solely a matching service and can offer no guarantee to any entrepreneur or user of the site that any registered user of Venture Giant will invest in your business proposal posting. We employ stringent credibility checks to our Investor database and each investor must complete an eligibility questionnaire, and sign a document certifying that the user is a self accredited investor amongst other things. Although these guidelines are in effect and we do everything possible to enable successful contacts, it is beyond the control of Venture Giant E-Commerce India Pvt. Ltd. to ascertain what may happen once an actual entrepreneur or angel investor match is made. 

We caution both parties to have patience and proceed cautiously, always ensuring that proper due diligence is taken on each party.

All Refunds require a letter to be sent via postal mail to our Hyderabad office explaining the reason for the request:

Venture Giant provides an online service to strictly match groups or individuals seeking investment capital with groups or individuals looking to invest in early-stage and seed businesses. Venture Giant does not give advice on the risks of investment.
 
By registering as an Investor with Venture Giant, you agree to satisfying at least one of the following three statements in order to use our service.


1. Statement for Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor

I declare that I am a self-certified sophisticated investor.


I understand that this means that:

 

(a) I can receive financial promotions that may not have been approved by a person authorised by any Financial Authority in India or Abroad;

(b) The content of such financial promotions may not conform to rules issued by any Financial Services Authority;

(c) By agreeing to this statement I may lose significant rights;

(d) I may have no right to complain to either of the following:

(i) Any Financial Services Authority; or

(ii) Any Financial Ombudsman Scheme;

(e) I may have no right to seek compensation from any Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

 

I am a self-certified sophisticated investor because at least one of the following applies:


(a) I am a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been so for at least the last six months prior to the date below;

(b) I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the two years prior to the date below;

(c) I am working, or have worked in the two years prior to the date below, in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises;

(d) I am currently, or have been in the two years prior to the date below, a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least Rs. 5 crore.


I accept that I can lose my property and other assets from making investment decisions based on financial promotions.

I am aware that it is open to me to seek advice from someone who specialises in advising on investments.

 

2. Statement for Certified High Net Worth Individual


I declare that I am a certified high net worth individual for the purposes of any Financial Services and Markets Acts in India.


I understand that this means:
