As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

We realise that exceptional circumstances can take place; therefore, we DO honour entrepreneur requests on the basis that all Investor contacts purchased by the Entrepreneur were deemed uncontactable during the entrepreneur’s proposal validity period by email, telephone or by post.

We realise that exceptional circumstances can take place; therefore, we DO honour investor requests on the basis that all Entrepreneur contacts purchased by the Investor were deemed uncontactable during the entrepreneur’s proposal validity period by email, telephone or by post.

www.venturegiant.co.in, www.venturegiant.in and Venture Giant E-Commerce India Pvt. Ltd. is solely a matching service and can offer no guarantee to any entrepreneur or user of the site that any registered user of Venture Giant will invest in your business proposal posting. We employ stringent credibility checks to our Investor database and each investor must complete an eligibility questionnaire, and sign a document certifying that the user is a self accredited investor amongst other things. Although these guidelines are in effect and we do everything possible to enable successful contacts, it is beyond the control of Venture Giant E-Commerce India Pvt. Ltd. to ascertain what may happen once an actual entrepreneur or angel investor match is made. 

We caution both parties to have patience and proceed cautiously, always ensuring that proper due diligence is taken on each party.

All Refunds require a letter to be sent via postal mail to our Hyderabad office explaining the reason for the request:
